I had a large order, andeverything was very well packaged ( there was padding within the boxes within the box). My repacking skills weren't as good or thorough on the stuff I wasn't able to put together. Models were crisp and largely support free. Nothing broken. Seller included a note with information and was very supportive through Etsy. Very pleased with the order.
